Hello, I am putting up this profile on behalf of my son. Sanchit is an independent, easy-going and a hard-working individual who always bear a smile on his face in all sorts of circumstances. On educational front, he completed his undergraduate from IIT Madras and MS in Robotics from University of California San Diego (UCSD). Post graduation, he co-founded an underwater robotics startup, Planys Technologies, in India which has grown tremendously since its inception. He led the overall Product Development of the robots at the startup for 5 years. He now works as Robotics Tech Lead / Software Engineer in manipulation robotics in the Bay Area. He is open to settling down either in India or in the US, with a preference of spending the next 4-5 years in the US. Sanchit is a big-time techie and loves to read about & collect the tech gadgets. He is a die-hard cricket and tennis fan. He also equally values the importance of fitness in life and thus, he regularly exercises as well as enjoys playing badminton. His other hobbies include trekking, hiking, reading books and cooking. His mother is a homemaker and father is a recently retired Sr. Executive from the Reliance Industries Ltd. His younger brother is also an engineering graduate from VIT and is currently working as a systems engineer in TCS.
