Hi there! My name is Adil but people also call me Al as in Aladdin :P Born & raised in Houston TX. Overall, I'm a pretty easygoing and simple guy. Just looking for someone to love and cherish & build a life together. Someone who holds the same belief that marriage is for life and doesn't believe in divorce. Gave my life to Jesus and am a born-again Christian. Parents had an inter religion marriage (Muslim dad from Mumbai / Christian mom from Mangalore) but religion has never been an issue in our family as we were raised with a broad perspective towards life and were never restricted in our beliefs. I accept others for who they are and am pretty humble/non-judgmental. You can just be yourself around me! I'm by no means perfect and I'm not looking for perfection by any stretch -- only God's perfect choice for me! :) Something you should know about me is that I struggled with social anxiety in my youth and haven't really explored any romantic relationships. Thankfully I've growing out of that, guess I'm a late bloomer! However, I try to look for the silver lining in all things and prefer to believe that God has just been preserving me all this time for someone really special...preferably someone who has decided to save their self for marriage as well, but it's not a dealbreaker. During the pandemic, I slowly started getting into fitness & nutrition and am motivated to live healthier. I'm not a vegan but if you are and that's important to you, I'm willing to give it a try. I never learned to speak hindi (nor konkani) but have great respect for our culture/roots so I am open to those who were born abroad or who don't exactly fit the typical western mold. Would love to have someone who could take me through all of their favorite bollywood movies/music. I adore animals (dogs and cats) and have a cat myself. I value genuine relationships and enjoy having deep conversations over a cup of coffee/chai. There's so much in this world I've yet to see and experience--I want to make up for lost time and would love to travel, explore and create new experiences with the right person by my side.
