I am glad you are interested in the profile. The account is being jointly managed by my parents and myself (at the moment). Concise info on my background: Born and brought up in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and worked in India for a brief period before moving to the US in 2014. I have a PhD in Nuclear Engineering and a Masters in Mechanical and Aerospace from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. I commenced working for a Federal National Lab, located in Chicago IL, in 2020. With respect to my career; I am highly ambitious, work on esoteric subjects, generally academically inclined and intend to stay in the research sector, given that I thoroughly enjoy it. I have acquired a permanent position at the Lab and, thus, would be staying in Chicago for, atleast, the foreseeable future (and in the US permanently). I have no siblings. My Father retired, from a banking institution in India while my Mother is working in the education sector. Our family has a liberal outlook while maintaining ground on the essential traditional aspects. Looking for someone with compatible traits. Communication, honesty, trust and a family oriented mindset are essentials (perhaps cliched!). I value modesty, authenticity, a general zeal for life - individual personality aspects, while religious/cultural/economic background occupy tertiary importance.
